All of the oven cleaning services we provide are 100% Eco Friendly. We use non toxic, non harmful cleaning solutions to clean your oven back to a new condition. Our vehicle contains a specialised heated water tank and eco-friendly solution that strips the grease and grime from all of the removable components.

We provide oven and BBQ cleaning services to customers on the Central Coast, Newcastle & all surrounding suburbs. We are also able to travel out of area with prior arrangement. We accept payment by cash, card, Afterpay.

Frequently Asked Questions
We service all areas of the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie, please see our contact us page for an interactive map. We are available out of our normal service area however we do need to charge a small fee for out of area services.
The total time for your oven or BBQ cleaning service will depend on what we are cleaning and the sizes of your items. Generally a regular size oven takes around 1.5-2 hours depending on the condition. BBQ Cleaning services generally take 2-3 hours.
When we arrive for your service we will inspect your oven or BBQ and let you know how long we expect it to take. We will then lay protective towels on your floor and take out the removable parts which are soaked in our heated tank. We will then get to work cleaning your oven or BBQ along with the cooktop and rangehood if required. Once everything is clean we will reinstall all items and present the final result.
No, we are locally owned and operated. We have a small team which consists of 3 oven cleaning technicians and 2 administration assistants who are available for all of your online or telephone enquiries.
We usually book out 1-2 weeks in advance. This does increase over the warmer months. Please give us a call on (02) 4313 1685 or email hello@shineovencleaners.com.au for our current availability.
For all domestic services payment must be made at the completion of the service using either cash, card, Afterpay or Zip.
For all commercial or business to business services we are able to discuss payment terms.
Depending on your service there may be a 1.1% surcharge on Visa, Mastercard and Amex transactions.
We have an excellent relationship with our suppliers therefore we are able to supply most spare parts for ovens. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to install electrical items into ovens. For this you will need an electrician
Yes, we carry almost all types of oven light globes which are rated for heated environments. We generally stock Phillips light globes.. The cost for replacement oven globes is $10
Yes we can, please provide us with the model number of the oven at the time of booking and we will provide you with a quote to replace the seal.
Yes, we have full business and public liability insurance. All of our technicians have a national criminal history clearance and a current working with children check.
